Diddy Kong Racing Pt7

This was it. Diddy, Timber, and their friends were heading to the final battle, Wizpig's home planet. Everyone was asleep when the rocket neared the planet. The rocket had a rough landing. "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!", Everyone was yelling. When it finally stopped sliding, everyone was scattered everywhere, but coincidentially and unfortinatley, Dixie landed on Diddy. The bad part, everyone saw this. Dixie just stared into Diddy's eyes. Diddy stared back for ten seconds, and closed his eyes, and turned away, because he was blushing so much, his face was redder than a tomato. "Aw, don't turn away Diddy, something like this happens like once in a lifetime.", Drumstick joked. Diddy just coughed. Dixie finally got up and helped Diddy up, who still had a red face. "Uh...L-Let's go...", Diddy said, trying to pull together.

In Wizpig's planet, it was an alien amusment park. Future Fun Land. They still had an easy time beating spaceships in a race, even if they tried to shoot them down. Eventually, a new door appeared with a golden watch on it. "What's this?", Tiptup wondered. "I'll open it.", T.T. said. They don't know how he did it but he opened the door. "Vola!", T.T. said. Then there was another door. This one was ENORMOUS! It had Wizpig's picture on it. When it opened, they could hear Wizpig's laugh. "Well...This is it. Time to finish it.", Timber said. "C'mon then! I'm tired of waiting!", Krunch protested and they went in. When they were flying around in their planes, Wizpig was no where in sight. "Where is he?", Banjo asked. "He's somewhere here.", Drumstick said. Suddenly there was a loud crash. Wizpig blasted right through a rock wall while riding a rocket. In fact, it was the lighthouse rocket! "Well lookie here! The worms showed up!", he said. "By the way, thanks for the ride!". "Were still gonna beat you!", Timber said. "Hahahaha! Your forgetting something. This is MY track!", Wizpig said. So everyone got to the starting line for the last race. Wizpig again started the race. When he said go, the fire from the rocket, and boosts from the planes looked like the fourth of July.

Wizpig was still racing dirty like last time, but he had traps set up. First, they passed through a rock canyon, and because they were in space, the rocks were bouncing everywhere. Tiptup unfortinatley got hit by a rock and was out. Then they got to a cliffside that looked like it had no bottom. Wizpig had his face carved into the mountain. Then a tunnel with electrical wires. Wizpig accidently hit one. "Youch!", he yelled. That gave Drumstick and T.T. a lead. "Oh no you don't!", Wizpig yelled. Then he hit a switch on the wall. The next room was his throne room. The switch he hit activated his security system. Lasers shot everywhere! Drumstick was so experienced, he dodged everyone of them. T.T., however, got shot down. "Im hit! It's up to the rest of you!", T.T. said over the radio.

"Your space bits!", Wizpig yelled as the second lap started. He started shooting lightning at Drumstick and got him at the tail wings. He was down too. Everyone else was close behind him. Wizpig's security system was even at the jumping rocks. Banjo was hit. When the cliffside came up, UFO's tried to shoot them down. Pipsy got hit and was pummeling towards the fog, which there seemed to be no bottom. "Pipsy!", Timber yelled. He piloted towards Pipsy's plane and was under it like a cushion. Then there was a crash. Timber got through the radio though. "I'm all right, so is Pipsy but were out of the race.". The tunnel came up again. Conker got too hectic and crashed right into one. "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!", he said while being zapped. His plane over heated and landed on the ground hard. "Wowee!-That-was-tingly!-I-never-had-that-much-spark-before-now-I-feel-great!", Conker said, even more hyper than usual. In the security room, Tiny couldn't dodge all the lasers and got hit.

The last lap. Wizpig was still in first. Bumper tried to pass Wizpig by going under a rock arch but Wizpig just knocked into him, knocking him out. At the cliff side, Wizpig tried lightning again, it hit Diddy's plane, right in the propeller. He was slowing down a bit, letting Dixie go in front. Wizpig used the flame from the rocket to burn Dixie and the plane. Dixie's plane smacked into the rock, but Dixie was alright. But Diddy was enraged. "That's it!", Diddy said, and suddenly, the electricity in the propeller charged it up and Diddy zoomed right beside Wizpig. Wizpig tried to knock Diddy away but Diddy was too quick. "If that's how you play...", Wizpig said and hit a button. Two claws nabbed Diddy's plane and pulled it right next to the rocket. Diddy then put the plane on auto-pilot. He jumped out of his plane and landed right on the rocket, in front of Wizpig... "Oh, your mine now!", Wizpig said as he got up. Lightning from the sky was striking everywhere. Everyone saw Diddy on Wizpig's rocket and knew what he was in. "DIDDY!", Dixie yelled. But Diddy didn't flinch. He was determined to finish Wizpig off.

"Now, be like a worm and BE CRUSHED!", Wizpig yelled as he slammed his fist at Diddy. He dodged just in time. Suddenly, Diddy and Wizpig were fighting on the rocket while flying in a big lightning storm. Everyone, especially Dixie, could only watch in horror. Finally, Wizpig shot lightning at Diddy but Diddy dodged out of the way just in time. The lightning shot destroyed the claws attatched to Diddy's plane. Diddy hopped right back in and was flying it again. They just passed through the throne room and Wizpig was in first. It looked as if he was gonna win until Diddy heard someone behind him. It was Krunch. "Diddy! Catch!". Diddy caught a blue balloon Krunch threw at him and crossed the finish line in first place using it. "It's only this time that I help you kong.", Krunch said. Everyone else who were knocked out of the race were gathered at the finish line and were cheering their heads off.

As for Wizpig, he was getting fustrated again when the rocket was making weird noises. "What the...?!", Wizpig wondered. Suddenly the rocket malfunctioned. It blasted off with Wizpig on it. Suddenly the tip of the rocket got caught with Diddy's plane! The rocket blasted off into space with Diddy and Wizpig stuck on it! "DIDDY!", Dixie yelled through the radio. Diddy could still use the radio though. "I...Can't...Get...It free!", Diddy said. Dixie was listening in horror. "It look's like im not going back to DK Isle!", Diddy said. "NO! Don't say that!", Dixie yelled. She was crying. "Jump out! Or...". "Dixie, this is it for me...", Diddy said. Of course he couldn't jump out, he was in space. He would still fall. "Everyone, good-bye...", Diddy said. "And Dixie...". Dixie leaned closer to the radio. "I always...Always...I always lo...BOOM!", the radio said. Everyone looked up and saw the rocket explode. "DIDDY!!!!!!!!", Dixie yelled at the top of her lungs. The radio just made static. Diddy's radio was down.

Dixie just fell on her knees, put her hands in her face, and broke into tears. "Diddy...", Timber said quietly. Everyone, even Krunch, couldn't believe he was gone. It was heartbreaking for everyone, especially Dixie. Bumper repaired the planes to get back home. Dixie was still looking at the spot where the rocket exploded. Her eyes were soaking wet. Pipsy came behind Dixie and put her hand on her shoulder. "Dixie, I'm sorry...I knew what it was like...But I don't think even Taj could perform this miracle...", Pipsy said. Dixie lowered her head and cried again. Just then, she saw a bit of Diddy's propeller on the ground. She slowly picked it up and put it on her chest. "C'mon...Let's go...", Pipsy said. Dixie slowly turned and nodded.

Everyone left using their planes Bumper fixed. It was a straight shot back home so every plane was on auto-pilot. Dixie looked back at the planet, and started to have flashback hillusinations of the times she had with Diddy. She kept wishing she had told him something she held in. "Woah! Look at that star!", T.T. said. Everyone looked and saw a shining speck. "Wait...That's not a star...That's shine...", Bumper said. The shine dimmed and turned out to be a dark blue plane. "Oh my coconuts...", Tiny gasped. "DIDDY!!", Dixie yelled and turned her plane zooming to Diddy's. The planes were so close, the two monkeys got to hug. "B-But how did you...? I saw that...", Dixie stammered. "When the rocket blew up, the top and bottom part got seperated and blew me off. The blast also knocked out my radio.", Diddy explained. Dixie was starting to cry of overjoyment. "C'mon, don't start crying over me. See? Im fine!", Diddy tried to calm her down. "Yeah, I see...", Dixie said. "OK, then let's go home!", Drumstick said, and Diddy and Dixie's plane went home side-by-side.

Back on Timber's Island, there was an even bigger celebration. Everyone was at the party. The whole island was hopping! It was a nice end to the adventure they just had. Timber kept the island safe, they raced for a whole week, they beat Wizpig, everyone was alive and safe, and Taj was in control again. "So...What are you gonna do tonight?", Diddy asked Timber. "Im gonna do what I used to do.", Timber said. Later at night, Timber was on Taj's mountain. Taj lived INSIDE the mountain so he was alone. It was a great place to look at the night sky. And what a night. The stars shinned unbelievably bright that night. Probably for a good reason too. Timber was startled by avoice behind him. "Timber?". He turned around and saw Pipsy. "Pipsy? What are you doing here?", Timber asked. "Well...I just wanted to look at the sky and thought this was the best place.", Pipsy said. "Mind if I watch with you?". "Not at all!", Timber said. So Pipsy sat next to Timber and pointed out constellations. Timber started. "That looks like a ship!". "That looks like an octopuss!", Pipsy continued. Then Timber. "That looks like a heart...Uh...". Timber was quiet for a while. "What Timber?", Pipsy asked. Timber sat up. "It's just a conste...Oh...", Pipsy said. "Pipsy...Iv already told you I had a crush on you...But...", Timber paused. "There's more?", Pipsy asked. Timber nodded. He thought this was the only oppertunity. "(Deep breath)...Pipsy...I want to tell you that I also...(Gulp)...", Timber was worried. "C'mon, you can tell me.", Pipsy said. Timber tried to go on. "I also...L-L-L-L...". "Like me?", Pipsy asked. "No...", Timber said. "L-Love you...", Timber finally finished. He tried to keep his eyes on Pipsy to see how she would react. Pipsy was speechless. Timber started to look depressed, but Pipsy squeezed him as hard as she could. She was absoloutly overwhelmed. "I always wanted to hear those words! Because I love you too!", Pipsy said. Pipsy put her head back to look at Timber. "I also was waiting to do this.", Pipsy said softly. Then she kissed Timber smack dab on the lips. Timber was now speechless. They just kept hugging and moving around.

Diddy was actually watching on a nearby rocky cliffside. He felt depressed, awful, and jelous. He then heard whirling behind him. "Is that you Tiny?", Diddy asked. It was actually Dixie but she decided to play a prank on Diddy. "Yeah.", Dixie said in her best Tiny voice. Diddy didn't bother to look behind him to see if it was Tiny or not. "(Sigh)...Look Tiny, Timber is really lucky...", Diddy said sadly. "How so?", Dixie asked, still intimidating Tiny. "Timber actually got his wish from that shooting star in space...", Diddy replied. "What was his wish?", Dixie asked. "To confess to Pipsy that he loved her.", Diddy said. "He did what I can only hope to do...", Diddy said. He then shed a tear. "What are you saying?", Dixie asked. "Im trusting you Tiny, not to tell anyone.", Diddy said. "OK.", Dixie said, trying not to snicker. "Especially your sister, Dixie...I mean it.", Diddy said strictly. Dixie paused, thinking of what he might say that he did not want her to hear. "Got it.", Dixie said, intimidating Tiny again. "OK...When we were in space...I made a wish on that star...To have courage...To tell your sister Dixie...That...That I love her...", Diddy said softly. Dixie's breath was taken away. "But...I just don't know how I can do it...I still can't do it even after all these years.", Diddy said sadly. "Well...I know what to do.", Dixie was still intimidating. "Just turn around, and those problems will be solved.". Diddy slowly turned around and saw Dixie standing there with her hands behind her back and a big smile on her face. Diddy's expression dropped and tried to bolt. Dixie caught him by his tail and pulled him back. "Why run? You already told me!", Dixie said happily. She right away gave Diddy a big hug. So Diddy got his girl and Timber got his girl. It was all rainbows and lollypops now.
